1. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years old. If under 18, you are using the Platform under parental supervision.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are not prohibited from accessing or using the Platform under applicable laws.

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain and update your account information promptly.
Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

Pickademy provides:
AI/ML-driven tools to help students and parents discover educational institutions and programs.
Multilingual content for accessibility and inclusivity.
Resources to assist in educational decision-making.
Note: We do not guarantee admission to any institution listed on our Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Pickademy, a Pickademy employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Use any automated means to access the Platform for any purpose without our express written permission.

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Pickademy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pickademy. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such third-party content is at your own risk.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform and its content are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without any warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickademy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pickademy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

14.1 Subscription-Based Services

Pickademy offers subscription-based plans providing access to premium features and services.
Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise specified.

14.2 No Refund Policy (Service Active and Functional)

Once a subscription plan is activated and the Pickademy platform is accessible and functioning as intended, no refunds shall be issued for the subscription period.
Dissatisfaction with recommendations, outcomes, preferences, or results shall not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

14.3 Cancellation and Non-Renewal

Users may cancel or disable auto-renewal at any time before the expiry of their current subscription period.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and access will continue until expiry.
No partial or full refunds shall be issued for unused time when cancellation is initiated by the user.

14.4 Pro-Rata Refunds (Exceptional Circumstances)

In the event Pickademy discontinues the platform or permanently stops providing paid services due to internal reasons, a pro-rata refund for the unused subscription period may be issued.
Pro-rata refunds, if applicable, shall be calculated based on the remaining unused days of the active subscription.

14.5 Stop of Payment or Platform-Level Failure

If services are unavailable for a continuous and material duration due to a verified platform-level failure attributable solely to Pickademy, eligible users may receive a pro-rata refund.
Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third-party service disruptions shall not qualify as service failure.

14.6 Mode of Refund

All eligible refunds shall be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of subscription.
Pickademy shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

14.7 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Pickademy support.
Any misuse of chargeback mechanisms may result in immediate account suspension and denial of future services.

14.8 Amendments to Policy

Pickademy reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
